Shake over ice then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with some coffee beans and a slither of orange. Warning – these are moreish! Top tip: if you are feeling lazy and can’t be doing with the faff of making a proper espresso, there’s no shame at all in using a pre-made espresso which you can buy in your local supermarket.
