What a crazy couple of weeks at Kintyre Gin HQ! It was a wonderful thing to start posting out our crowdfunder bottles at long last and release first batch, ‘Argyll’, into the world. Feedback has been so positive and there was great anticipation of the bottles going on general sale online the following week.
We were all slightly terrified in the office as the noon deadline approached before the online shop opened. Would people actually buy it? Would we be left with a glut of gin on our hands? Would Niall’s blood pressure cope? Would the office swear jar burst?
Luckily sales started coming in at a rate of one every minute and continued steadily over the next couple of days. We sold out within two days but batch ‘D’ will be available shortly so there won’t be too long to wait.
Our local stockists have also reported booming sales which is wonderful. There has been so much love for Kintyre Gin! Here are a selection of pictures from happy customers.
