Our cask-aged citrus gin is a beautiful blend of tradition and innovation, sustainably crafted in the heart of the Kintyre Peninsula. This small-batch gin begins with hand-selected botanicals and vibrant citrus fruits, distilled with precision to capture fresh, zesty notes.

Patiently aged in an oak Calvados cask for 17 months, the spirit develops a gentle warmth and depth, with hints of vanilla and subtle caramel that complement the bright citrus flavours.

Every bottle is created with sustainability at its core, powered by renewable energy from our own hydroelectric source, embodying the spirit of Kintyre’s wild beauty in both taste and ethos.

Serve: Delicious with a premium tonic or ginger ale. Also pairs beautifully with our Apple Eau de Vie in a Martini style cocktail or with apple juice and lemon juice for a longer drink.

All our products are distilled using our very own hydro electricity, generated on site to power our small copper pot gin still. We aim to keep sustainability at the core of everything we do and  endeavour to maintain our currant climate positive status.
