Spend a fun few hours at Kintyre Gin School and become the master of blending your own very own gin, made exactly to your own tastes.
You will learn about our own unique story and taste some of our spirits, analysing the flavours and identifying the botanicals.
Then you will start to build your own gin, blending a juniper base with a flavour profile before adding a variety of botanical distillates. We have over 4o to chose from!
You will make a small sample to start, taking your time to hone your flavours. This is enjoyed as a gin and tonic while you hear about Torrisdale Estate history followed by a visit to our distillery.
Finally, you scale the recipe to fill two 20cl bottles and finish the day by creating a cocktail with the last measure of your perfect creation.
The course price of £85 per person includes two 20cl bottles of your unique blend, a Beinn an Tuirc branded glass and pen and a certificate on completion of the course.
We keep a record of your botanicals so that you can order your own blend again, whenever you like, in 20cl, 50cl or 70cl volume.

We can also advise on public transport options to and from the distillery.
Please be aware that the course involves tasting 40% abv spirits in order to create your blend. This is not mandatory though and we have guests who have thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon without tasting anything.
You must be over 18 to take part and if you are lucky enough to look under 25, please bring ID!
